All items purchased from asianairsafari.com are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. You may return anything purchased from us within 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied. Depending upon product availability, we will exchange or replace it with another item of equal value. If you just don’t like it or it’s not what you expected, simply return it and we will credit your credit card. We do not want you to have to keep anything from the Asian Air Safari Online Store with which you are not completely satisfied.

We ship to almost every country. Our customers often come from Europe, Philippines and America. Email us so we can personally make sure your items reach you.

Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.

Metro Manila (NCR): 2-3 days. 

Nationwide Shipping (within the Philippines):

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

International Shipping (varies per country):

First Class International: 3-5 weeks (customs processing times vary)

Our merchandise is currently using a trusted online shopping platform, Lazada. 

For personal orders via phone or email, depending on location we use services such as GrabExpress, 2GO Express, DHL Express, Ninja Van, Lalamove.

Every country has different regulations and customs pricing. We can suggest you use this site duty calculator to get a rough estimate of what you will be charged when your item arrives. We do not pre-pay of cover any import fees.

We usually ship out items within 2-4 days from when they were ordered. 

If you are buying through Lazada, their site and app has a built in tracking system where you can know when your package arrives. 

Otherwise, we will send to your email the tracking code.

RETURNS

Email us and inquire if we have any stock of the item you wish to exchange it with and if we could accommodate your request.

Send the items and include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation message from your order. Indicate the new size and item you want.

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped to you at no additional cost or your full refund will be transacted.

We want you to be happy with your order and make sure it is to your fit. The items that have not been worn, washed and damaged.

If there was a fault on our end, where a product has arrived defective, damaged or misplaced, please contact us, and we will find a solution. 

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return an item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Print and complete this RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM as best as possible.

Call +63 2 851 2450 and speak with one of our friendly Customer Service professionals to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Box up your merchandise in the original packaging if you have it. The goods should be well-packed so that we receive them in good condition. Please include the top half of your RMA form in the box. Send it back to us, postage paid, using the shipping label on the bottom half of the RMA form.

Please allow a minimum of 21 days for us to receive and process your return.

We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges).
